Policies
- A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and confirm catering
- A 50% deposit of quoted contract is due 1 month prior to the event date
- Remaining balance due within 7 business days after your event
- All food & beverage prices are subject to Ontario taxes
- A 15% event design and coordination fee is added to all catered events booked with less than one week’s notice, and to those requiring the services of our event co-ordinator
- Number of guests must be confirmed one week prior to function, and may not be reduced after this date
- Any changes to menu and/or increase in numbers less than two business days prior to function are subject to a $50.00 charge on top of added catering costs
- A delivery charge of $50.00 will be added for any deliveries requiring food set-up or drop off before 9:00 am, after 8:00pm or on Sundays. Prices increase according to distance, please inquire
- Rental requirements are subject to a 10% surcharge waiver for breakage and loss
- Accepted payment methods are cash or cheque
Staffing Rates
Staff requirements are based on the number of guests, the menu, and the style of event. The catering manager will recommend the number of staff required. There is a 4-hour minimum for each staff member.

- Sous Chef
- $35.00 per hour

Rentals
We arrange full service rentals, including linens, flatware, platters and dinnerware, tables, chairs, beverage glasses, etc. Rentals are based on individual event requirements. Rentals are delivered to the event 24 hours prior to event and are picked up from event site within 24 hours after event.
